The staff was lovely and wonderful. I greatly enjoyed their great work. I got a lovely bed and a little balcony. The service in general was exceptional.

The spacious room with very clean beds, shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet met all my needs, and I would gladly come back.

Fantastic breakfast terrace and direct connection to the beach by lift and rock tunnel! Beautiful complex which harmoniously combines beach, swimming pool and steep rocky coast. Hotel shuttle to Taormina works well.
High prices for restaurant and minibar. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reach the centre of Taormina safely on foot.

The location is stunning, the attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, and we found a reasonably priced restaurant with a great view.

beautiful location, quiet, very good breakfast, very attentive staff
The lunch menu was very small, it was difficult to order individual dishes. Noodle dishes are outrageously expensive.

Relaxing hotel, remote location in front of the sea, supper friendly staff, fantastic bar area. Modern, upgraded room and reasonably priced with a great view, 1 pillow per person, as for instance.

We enjoyed our deluxe room with a balcony in a great location near a beautiful island and within walking distance to the train station.

The location of the hotel for view all around is unique But to come to the city is very bad and dangerous due to the road layout, but there are from the hotel transport possibilities We can only recommend the hotel to others. If possible, we'll come back.
That we were only there four nights.

Super well maintained hotel complex. Free parking. Very good breakfast, very good a la carte food.
Bathroom urgently needs a renovation, shower in the bathtub does not work, fittings worn... WLAN only worked temporarily in the room. Price performance for the room is not correct.

Prime location with easy access to nearby restaurants and a view of Etna. Enjoyed a cup of coffee at Bar Riolo, just a quick 15-minute walk away. ☕

Spectacular layout. Exceptional location and access to swimming in sea. Spectacular Views. Very helpful desk staff and building engineer. Upon arrival in the rooms, our request to repair a phone line jack in the wall was immediately attended to and fixed.
Maid service was poor. After they worked on the room we entered to find our sons clothes, that he had left on the floor, in the bidet and they threw away some small items that were in a plastic bag on the dresser. They would refuse to not interrupt our sons (22 and 17 years old) in their room for cleaning, even when asked to come back later, despite the fact that they had about 8 hours early in the day when the room was unoccupied.

THe hotel grounds are beautiful the hotel inside is beautiful the style if the building itself is "70's mod'. The location is beautiful if you are not interested in visiting Taormina. You have to walk to thae tram take a taxi or bus which we never figured out. Te walk to the tram is dangerous and is impossible in the dark so a one mile taxi ride is ten euros because they know they gotcha. Te staff is very nice but very formal not warm and inviting.
Extremely expensive!!!!! $7.50 for a diet coke, 25 for a tuna sandwich. Mixed drinks were 15 to 45 dollars. An appetizer, two plates of pasta and two diet cokes was $120.00!!!! Wouldn't stay here again.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
